I used to order salad, loved the the dressing, and came to realize it was the little bits of raw garlic that I liked. My introduction to the wonders of garlic.

Texas Hot is a culinary institution in downtown Wellsville NY since 1921.  I finally ate here last month, including a couple of its signature frankfurters, made with a secret sauce that was quite good.  The atmosphere is pleasant and the menu is impressive.  Recommended.
