The Vieux Carre 

1 oz Rye 

1 oz Cognac 

1 oz Sweet Vermouth 

½ tsp Benedictine 

2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters 

2 dashes Angostura Bitters 

Stir with ice, strain into ice-filled Old Fashioned Glass. Garnish with Lemon
