Amazing color photos that capture everyday life of Reno, Nevada from the early 1960s.
The iconic but somewhat faded sign for the late & lamented Moon Motel along US Route 9 in Howell, New Jersey. A recent trip to Maryland allowed me a chance to detour into New Jersey (with mixed results) where at least I was able to confirm the survival of this midcentury relic, seen in happier times here.
